Product Introduction

Aixton twisted pair cables are best suited for telephone wiring applications. The conductor is made of solid annealed electrolytic grade high conductivity bare copper. The conductor is insulated with special grade high-density polyethylene with different colors. Isolated cores are twisted in a uniform arrangement to form pairs and grouped in such a way that crosstalk is minimized. In 50 and 100 pair cables, the 10 and 20 pair units respectively are identified with colored binders and twisted to form the laid cable. The laid cable is further coated with a specially formulated and in-house manufactured gray fire retardant (FR) PVC, with a high oxygen and temperature index. The cables can be used for internal telephone wiring in high-rise buildings, offices, factories, hotels, residential complexes, etc. Strict quality control at every stage, from raw materials to manufacturing, to finished product ensures high quality.
