4. Production

(1) What is your production process?

1. The production department adjusts the production plan at the first opportunity after receiving the assigned production order.

2. Material handlers collect materials from the warehouse.

5. Quality control personnel carry out quality inspection after the final product has been manufactured and begin packaging once the inspection has passed.

(2) What is the normal delivery time of the products?

For samples, the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. For mass production, the delivery time is 10-15 days after receipt of deposit. Delivery times will be effective once (i) we have received your deposit and (ii) we have your final approval for your product.
